I can't get mine to work? I'm not a computer savy type of person. Anyone wanna help?

Yup... there's a how to somewhere, or a note about it. I couldn't figure it out till I stumbled on that.

First you have to upload it... it should show under the box where you type in your sig.
You have to click "add pic" (below that I think) and it will put the tags in your sig something like ... but it will insert them.

EDIT: OK, just checked...

It should say "Your Current Signature Picture", and show the pic. Immediatly below that are the words "Insert Signature Picture (http://ltxtech.com/forums/profile.php?do=editsignature#sigpic)". They don't look like a buttom.. just text. Roll over them, they underline, click... and it's inserted to the text box above.
