I think they are great numbers... thats what my 388 with boost is seeing right now with 8lbs of boost (its gotta alot more in it) My tuner and I are still learning to tune it tho with advice from MOE. (thanks MOE!)

Dyno numbers are only numbers. Lets hear what it does at the track.
But I would have expected more I got sheets here of my car cam only on a 150 shot with a 3600 vig and 9" making 440rwhp.

First time I read it, I missed the vortech part and thought damn those are great numbers with that cam.
With a blower I think they could get better though.
Good news is that if the car is set up correctly and not to heavy(3200-3400) and hooks I think it could go mid 10s 122-126 mph

I believe I spoke to you and with an UNLOCKED converter the #'s seem inline to me.

Depending on what kind of heads are ported and polished, I would agree with Larry that the numbers with the auto is accurate (assuming port and polish done to stock LT1 heads).
Now, if they are hogged out AFR heads, then I would agree with your initial thinking that the numbers are a bit low.
I think its definatly capable (depending a lot on your suspension and tire combo) of mid 11's.
My Formula in my sig is a similar RWHP to your car, but because the suspension is tight, and the tires are Khumo's, the car has never even seen the 12's (spins till about 65 MPH). But given its speed in the quarter mile of 118 MPH, it would be capable of 11's if I changed up the suspension, got a rear that would hold some slicks, and went all out.
