While running around this weekend I happened upon a green lt1 ta full of teenage kids. They look over at my car point and laugh as if I didn't have a chance. So I pull up beside him downshift to second and goose it. He does the same(it sounded stock) and proceeded to gun it. I flip the swich and hammer it. I proceed to put what can only be explained by train lengths on him. To my surprise he trys again ending with the same result. Oh and I wasn't in my TA as it's down right now with a bad trans. I was in my 04 mustang GT 5spd that has bolt-ons and a 100 shot and has run a best pass of 12.28@110.:secret:

If it hadn't been so cheap I wouldn't have bought it. I picked up the hood for 400 it's a vis carbon fiber 4" cobra r. New it was 1200.

The stang runs 13.35@102 on motor so no they wouldn't have had a chance anyway. And I'm still running stock gears,cat-back and exhaust manifolds in the old rustang so it ain't doin to bad.

Your right they aren't very fast stock. My stang has now been 12.19@111.80 on the 100shot but still on stock gears,stock cat-back,stock long block,stock exhaust manifolds,full weight and stock front suspension. I'm trying to get it in the 11's sometime this year which shouldn't be to hard. But my TA should still walk on it and still be n/a when it's back together.
