Ok I've been thinking of spraying next year and I've got a few questions. First how much can I spray while running stock rods, crank and kb hyper pistons? I'm turning it to 7k rpm. Second would a wet shot be better since I'm running just ford 30lb injectors and a single 255 pump? Third what kit (what company)has worked the best for you guys that are already spraying?

VERY satisfied NX user,150 was very good to my car for a while.....Had to sell my kit to fund another project but i plan on another NX unit set on 150....First time i was on the bottle i was spinning on tired DRs NO HEADERS,welfare cai, stock tune, custom catless 2.5'' Y-pipe and the 150 hit i went from 14.3 to 12.26....
I have been a 150+ user for many years on various toys:secret:

150 here, will be going up this coming season.
The ONLY nitrous company I will deal with is Nitrous Outlet. I have the LT1 plate kit and its awesome, and the people there and support are awesome, noids have a lifetime warranty, dont see how you could go wrong.
How much is "safe" depends on how you set it up.... The tune and accessories are the most important parts of it.
Get a window switch, a way to pull timing, make sure you have good fuel pressure, and run colder plugs and nitrous will treat you well. Dont give it that respect, and it will treat you very unfriendly... Lol

They are ok with a 150 i know a few that have had GREAT luck with 175 and 200 on them however like anything else there comes a time.......
I ran mine on a stock tune cold plugs tr5 or tr6, properly functioning fuel system......DETONATION will KILL any piston.. Lt1s need paticular attention on cyl.6 and 8 those two can become problematic due to the intake runner design:doh:

great response
Nitrous Outlet is the way to go and I am beyond happy with my setup and service from them.
The other thing you need to know is if the motor was built with nitrous in mind.
I would say 150 with the proper tune, A/F, plugs, etc will treat you right.
let me know when you are ready and I can work with you on a package

I'd like to start with a 100 shot and maybe work up to a 150 shot. I'd like to run 10.50's on a 150 shot if the stock rods will take it.

Nitrous Outlet all the way. I wish i would've know about them before i bought my kit. I ran a 150 wet plate shot on my stock longblock w/headers and exhaust for about 2 years with no issues. Just make sure you have a strong fuel system and keep an eye on your A/F and Fuel Pressure.
