Shift Knob Adapter

So Hurst makes a black shift knob with a button, but not for the FBody thread size. They make a white one with a button for F-Bodies, but it won't match my interior at all.

I've heard of shift knob adapters but I have no clue who carries them, or if there are any downsides to it.

Sorry, I think my post might have been confusing. I already have an M6. I just want to use a shift knob with a different thread.

I have also heard of people drilling out the smaller threads and re-tapping to the correct size. Just a thought.
