gunmetal would look good on that color, but i think the chrome is pretty ballin. depends on how much attention you want your wheels to have.

If you did them in gunmetal would you do the whole wheel or just the spokes?

You could leave a chrome lip for contrast, and so they'll pop out from the surrounding tire

Thats exactly what i was thinking. I really don't like wheels that are all black or all gunmetal because the tire just blends in. If I were you I'd do the spokes gunmetal and leave the lip.

******EDIT***** I didn't realize this was an old thread bumped up.......Well here are some whored C6 pics anyway:P
Are you planning on running the 18/19 combo, or 18"s all the way around. We had factory 18/19's on the car for a while, but the 19's on the rear jacked the back up TOO much. It poebably would have been more livable if the car was lowered.
Here's a few pics (make sure to click on them, the forum compresses them all funky)

A small photoshop drop:

And a little more drop, leveled off:

It really needed a set of bolt on 1" wheel spacers for the rear. and a small 1/4-7/16 spacer up front to bring the wheels out to the lips of the wheelwells. I only had a 1/4" spacer in the rear, with a set of aftermarket wheel studs (the stockers were too short), and a little BFH action on the inner fenderwells.

Look nice like that. Make sure ya got some locking lug nuts. Did you have to use spacers or grind the disc brake housing like the SS Rims for clearance. What are the widths of those rims?
What springs shocks and suspension did you go with the lowered suspension looks nice?
I was looking at these rims but decided to rework the SS rims I have for Now due to $.
