suspension question

I have been told by 2 different mechanics that my camaro which I am the second owner of, has a modified suspension. One of the people who has worked on my car told me my car had a lift kit. The other mechanic told me several months later it appeared that my car had an ajustable suspension. So I am wondereing what does it sound like has been done to the suspension of my 93 Z28. Is it possible it could be an Ajustable anti sway bar? Or something else.
