Great quote.
Being a civilian employee for the Air Force, I get to work next to several service members. They are probably the most dedicated people I know when it comes to doing what needs to be done to help keep this country and it's war fighters safe. We should thank them every day.

I did a little something with the LTX banner for Veteran's day. I know it's not as bad ass as Soul would do, but I think it's a nice little something to say thanks!

I love it. The fact that u thought to put it up there for the veterans is enough. The littlest things and just 2 simple words "thank you" means a lot not only to me but I'm sure to every other service man and women out there.

I know a lot of people who are serving as we speak. I wish i could personaly say thank you to them but right now i cant but untill that day comes when i can tell them i would like to also tell everyone one who has served is serving and will serve I would like to say Thank You. Without your dedication for your country, where would we be. So on behalf of me and my family THANK YOU for your hard work.

From the side of the Veterans (that I am proud to be a part of), I'd like to say "thank you" for all who appreciate what we do. It gives me at least a feeling I can't really compare to when a stranger comes up to me and tells me thanks and how much it means to them for protecting freedom.
To put it simply, it makes us proud to serve a country where people think so highly of us, and activly share their appreciation.

Couldn't have said it better Call911. When I walked into work today they had lined up and each employee shook my hand and told me thank u. I got choked up knowing that what i do effects others in a positive way. It truely is a feeling like no other.

It's definatly a different feeling. I remember the first time I was personally thanked on Veterans Day. It was Veterans Day 2006, I was deployed in the sandbox, flying a combat sortie over Trashcanistan and my pilot (I was a boom operator at the time) personally thanked us for being a part of something bigger than we all would realize at the time, and for our service, and choice we made to leave our families and friends to go defend the nation and do our jobs. It really took me by surprize at first coming from my pilot who was there with us doing the same thing.
