hey, my name is David. Im from oswego, il. its about 1 hour sw of chicago. anyway, ive got 2 cars, both pontiacs. ive got my 04 Grand am. Kind of stock..ish. also got a 97 T/A with the good ole' lt1, that now has a broke trans, damn 4l60. oh well. Mod lists are as follows:
04 GA: DS CAI, 65 mm tb, WOT ported UIM and LIM, 3500 heads, comp cams valve springs locks and retainers, custom grind cam, S&S headers, custom 2.5 in catback, flowmaster 80 series , no rez.

97 T/A: just a K&N CAI. i have parts sitting in my room waiting to be installed. that consist of comp hardened pushrods, comp 1.6 rr's, comp valve seats retainers and locks, pac 1218 valve springs and a comp cams cam. Specs are: adv dur intake=275, exhaust=279
dur at .050, intake=226, exhaust=230
valve lift, intake=516, exhaust=522, w/ 1.5 rockers
lsa=111
also gonna do pacesetter lt's with ORY and an SLP LM1 catback, 58mm tb, ported heads and intake mani. prolly somethin along the lines of a moser rear end with 3.73 gears as well. I just blew out the trans at the track on thurs. gonna go with a level 2 from performabuilt with a 3200 stall in that regard.

i think ive covered it all

hahaha, kind of. i forgot the specs on the cam. the guy doesnt do these grinds anymore. he goes though comp cams. iirc though, lift is .53x intake and exhaust, dont know the duration for sure, but i think its in the .22x's, and lsa is 112 i believe. its a healthy cam for a 3400
