I have been searching for a SA full roller rocker that use a 7/16 stud but havent find any yet, does anyone know if there is one?

I can't find any.
I suppose I should ask why you would want such a thing?
Generally if you're building something big enough to need 7/16 studs, you're
also probably too radical for SA rockers. Although I could see that someone who already
had 7/16 studs in a set of heads may want to try to avoid replacing them with 3/8 for a new (less aggressive) build.

Its kind of like that. That setup is not for me, just trying to help someone out that dont want to run NSA with guideplates etc. but want the strength of 7/16 studs. And that build is not that aggressive and would be fine with SA rockers. :cool:
I got nsa promags 7/16 studs and plan to keep em :peace2:
