Elect. Starting Problems

I'm having a hard time starting my camaro...

I've checked all the grounds and wires... I thought it would be a battery problem and its not. I thought it was a starter problem but its not, I had it tested and it checked good till the parts store ruined it, I got a free new replacemet starter.

So I went through 2 batteries and Starters and all I get is a click!
But I decided to mess with the ignition switch turn it on and off and then hold it down for 3 seconds and then it turns over.

I do have a toggle switch in such but I might be missing something... Like a relay?

Any help will be great.

I personally think the contacts are worn out, I have to hold my key for a few seconds for the car to start , the bat is fine to.

You put the key to start you hear the click and then it takes 3-5 seconds for the car to fire right?

Yeah I hold the key to on, get a click, hold it on and then it'll turn. Sometimes it wont turn.

I'd like to do a push button start... Any instructions to do this?
