Door damage repair?

So I took the door panel off and saw why my window wouldn't roll up fully.
The door is getting ripped where the regulator holds to it. There are 2 small screws and a hook that are tearing down the door when I roll the window up. How much should it cost to get that repaired on the driver door? I have manual windows if there could be a cost difference. And how could I repair it myself? I tryed using fiberglass but it broke that took.

You would need to use structural adhesive. They come in 15, 40 and 90 minute set times.

would that be stronger than fiberglass? I tried patching with fiberglass and it ripped through that too

by the time its all done with it would be worth just getting a new door..

this is my second door that it has happened to.
