It's been a WHILE since I've posted on here. I've just been busy with this semester and money has been super tight..
BUT, I saved up just enough for wheels and tires. I'm not going to lie though, these wheels were pretty cheap and I've never heard of the name, lol. But they're different and I liked them so they'll have to do while I'm at college.

Well, the TA is back at my hometown, I'm DD'ing an 06 Gran Prix. So, the bad news, the wheels and tires aren't mounted yet so.. no pics
worthless post? maybe. but I just wanted to let you guys know I'm not dead, lol.

I'll post a pic of a wheel tho.

All black, thin red lip, and a pretty decent sized dish in the rear.
I'll be going home either this weekend or the next so I'll mount and post pics then :D

Looks like a traditional 5 spoke design...add the lip and the red around the edge, I bet it'd look sweet.

I love the design of the wheels, but I'm not a big fan of black wheels. To me it just reminds me of "hub-cap" wheels without the hub-caps.

those look perfect. nice choice man.

but it bummed me out that the largest width they have is 18x9.5

why can't people get the whole 305/315 thing? the tires are just as much and look better lol

wanted to update you guys. something came up and i'm not going to be able to go back to my hometown this weekend and have to stay up here at my college town.

ok.. during the break i was excited to mount my wheels... FINALLY..
but guess what, my car encountered some HARD, SUDDEN missing. it would NOT accelerate past 3K rpms so i shut it off and coasted into a parking lot and thought i was going to have to buy ANOTHER opti.. well, i checked and my plugs were getting spark.. but it would not start. turns out

Man, I've been wanting to do something similar with my T/A. I have some wagon wheels I want to paint a satin black with the red stripe, then some tint, black GS stripes, and black Pontiac fill ins. I guess we need to race for completion.:)

i would just paint the wheels in your sig black. they have a better shape imo.

Nah, I terribly dislike 16's, not to mention i hit a curb and chunked one not too long ago :frustrated:

DOO EEEET.

It was actually easy as hell. I was intimidated by scuffing and painting good paint on my car, but it was worth it. I've done a lot of painting, but never once scuffed and shot something that was on the car, and that looked good. Was hard to get over that.

i've been procrastinating on mounting them all, but I threw on the rears while I was wrapping up the "DIY trap door" mod. I'm all done except for actually putting in the fuel pump.

I'll post some pictures of the mod later.

well, i've been home for SB and I've got the wheels on. haven't had much chance to go out and take some worthy pics, but I snapped a few quickly today and tonight just to update this thread. Im going to be waking up tomorrow and going to the craft shop to install the LPP's. hopefully i'll have some time after that to do a decent photoshoot and post some better pics.
