Hey guys, ordered up a Miller Diversion 165 Tig Welder (AC and DC). I am picking it up Saturdy and will hopefully play with it this weekend! Should make for some sweet looking turbo kits :finger:

What kind of Mig? I have a 110V Licoln Pro Mig 145 that is awesome.

Awesome Jon! I'm still needing to get a little mig for myself to do up the cold side for my car.

Shoot me an email when you got time, I'd like to hear any updates if you have any.

Someday I also would love to have a welder. Congrats on your new toy!

Not to hijack, but is there a welder out there that can successfully weld stainless steel? I got a spot on one of my exhaust pipes on my Formula I have been wanting to weld up for a while.

all you need is a MIG and stainless wire. But TIG would be a better quality weld for stainless.

Hobart 140. It is fine for the sheetmetal work i have been doing on the rust buckets, but i could really use a nice TIG for some fine work..

Every time I would mention it to someone with a welder they would say "Stainless? Naww, the welder can't weld to that".

Stainless was my favorite material to weld using stick, they always came out great looking! However TIG would be ideal, it's an art in itself.

My lincoln just shit the bed yesterday! Wire feed stopped spinning. I hear the motor, but wheel is rotating (even with the spring tensioner off of it).
