"Blower cams" aren't anything special IMO. They are just regular old cams that can be ran in a N/A car that are "generally" spec'd for a blower car.
IMO, a cam is going to get you the performance you are looking for in your car (this goes for blower car or N/A). My cam in my Z is friggin huge, and would not be anywhere close to what most companies brand their "blower cams" to be. But then again, I wanted a huge cam for my car.
You are best off just picking out a cam to fit what you want performance wise out of your car.
Big cam = not as much boost, but more power with a healthy sounding lobe, usually more of a PITA to drive around town
Small cam = more boost than large cam, stockish sounding lobe, not as much power attained from the engine, but easier to drive in town
The LT4 cam is basically a baby cam. If you want a cam to attain you max boost, do some reserch and find out what cut of cams people are using for the most boost. You'll probably find that they are not huge, but not small with a higher LSA.
Really you should be asking yourself how you want your car to perform and drive, and then choose a cam based off that.
