My 95 Camaro came with just the cassete player radio stereo, so I got a bezel and installed a Pioneer head unit and some Polk speakers. I want to get a factory CD player, whatever it is, for it now because I don't really like aftermarket head units. Anyone have pics of the factory cd players in these cars? Is it the "theftlock" stereo found in the LS1 cars or something diffferent?

I have no advice on stock stuff, but if you find the right aftermarket setup you will love it. Humounts are awesome

I have a sick Pioneer DEH P6000UB it puts out a lot of punch and with the 4 6.5" Polks I dont even feel like I need a sub, it also has the usb/ipod interface so I can play through everything. Love how it works but I just dont dig how it looks and at night the blue light is too bright. :(

Taken from another site:
The Bose system was the premium audio option on Camaros only between 93 and 96. It was available in a 3-speaker configuration and a 5-speaker configuration. Both versions had full-range door speakers and a subwoofer mounted in the left rear hatch area. The 5-speaker version had sail panel mid-range speakers as well. The system used a special head unit that output low-level, high-impedance signal to individual amps attached to each of the speakers. None of the speakers were connected directly to the HU. The individual amps powered low-impedance speakers wired with a common ground setup (almost all other modern systems use floating ground).
Here is a pic of my 1993 (yellow buttons were 1993 only) head unit. It does say Delco/Bose. I would sell it, but it has a CD jammed in it and even more importantly i do not have the unlock code. You can get them fixed and unlocked for about 200 Bucks. Not worth it in my opinion, is why I put Pioneer in my car.
