I already put it back to stock, but in case if anyone is wondering what it looks like on these cars, here you go ;)

I recently put a flashing unit on mine. My car was recently in an accident (I got hit by a Civic), and due to my tail lights being blacked out, I decided to put one on mine. Purely for an extra bit of safety. I have the vinyl Z28 overlay on my third brake light, so the blinking does add a little bit of something as well.

How did you do that ? Is that some flashing bulbs?
This is what a lot of the sport bike guys do. I've thought about it because it can get hairy when you see a 4k lb car coming up behind you.

theres a company that makes a module for it. i think its a great idea, but i dont like how fast it flashes. a slower flash like what some fords do from the factory seem to be more effective.
oh and on a side note, an after effect from the tail lights that i made seems that my 3rd brake light is on with my tail lamps, but is dim. it then gets bright when i hit the brakes. i really need to get a video of that.

I've been eyeballin these for awhile and will probably buy one this weekend. I figured it might be a little slow though..

I came across one when looking for a way to bypass VATS (I went with someone else for this however). The eBay name was "onlinefreetrader" (I think), but I bought it from his site because it was actually a couple bucks cheaper at the time. He sells one with 36 different flashing modes. There are 3 different speeds each with a different number of blinks. Also, it has an option for three different traffic delay settings with a selection of 0, 15, or 30 second period to minimize annoyance of constantly blinking lights in heavy traffic.
I word of warning though, it will throw an ABS INOP light.

so, it messes up the ABS or just puts on the ABS INOP light and thats all? Is there actually a code thrown? I like this thing. Might have to look into getting one. Never been rearended yet but this couldn't hurt.

It doesn't throw a code or an ABS INOP light. I have no idea where that comment is coming from since it has nothing to do with it.

It did on my car. With the unit installed, my ABS light is on. I even took out the unit and it went off. There are no codes. Just the light.
