when deleting the air injection, egr, and the evap canister deal do they need to be tuned out of the ecu? And is pcmforless a go choice for a simple mail order bolt on tune?

I have heard good and bad about Brian H and PCM4less, but if he was still local, I would give him a (HANDS ON) shot with my car.....

I have always been leary of hypothetical tuning for mail order... but when its just turning off codes, I guess the risk is NILL.....
