I can't say you will be fine, but I can tell you I do it on a 137,000 mile LT1. I have every failsafe known, well not really. I do have a FPSS, Wideband, I'm pulling a considerable amount of timing, run a window switch, and running a Racetronix fuel pump.

Ummm yeah. A 100 shot done properly (and I stress properly) is nothing to worry about.
Pull 3deg or so of timing.
Make sure you have good fuel psi
Get a window sw and dont crank it too high (6200 or so) and you should be good.

Ive got a 150 shot on mine and it has 147,000 miles on it now and running like a champ. I plan on putting some nice heads on it and hitting it with a 200 shot! I would put a walbro 255 fuel pump in.Run some tr6 plugs, 91 or hight octane gas And make sure your tune is on and you should be fine.

All of the above and you'll be fine
