So today I decided to polish my WS6 rims. It wasn't all that difficult but it WAS time consuming. Here's pictures of them before:

Ya all I did was strip the clearcoat and run some mothers power metal over it. I need to get out the buffing wheel and rouge them all for a few hours to remove all the scratches in them to make them even shinier.

I've heard good things about chemically stripping the clearcoat off, but I think the upkeep would be a lot easier to keep it there and just polish the clearcoat???
looks good though.

Couldn't really polish the clearcoat. If you're worried about you can always polish it up beautifully then just re clearcoat

I did that a few years ago to my stock WS6 wheels. used airplane stripper to take the clear off. You might wanna get them polished up real nice and get them re cleared. First time they get dirty, all of your polishing effort will go down the drain...I found that out the hard way.
Looks good, though!
