View Full Version : Just saw Death Race

I wanted to go see a movie today and nothing else really looked that interesting so i picked death race without any high hopes. The movie was surprisingly better than I expected. Their were a few twists I didn't expect and it made you want to smash somebody when you drive out of the theater and leave. The acting of Jason Statham is what you'd expect, quick reacting and kick ass like in the transporter movies. The vehicles were all decked out with different types of weapons that the driver can only operate when they drive over a platform, similar to a video game. The only thing I obviously thought was bogus was that the cars could easily catch up to each other and in racing this would not happen. There was a dodge fullsize pickup with a ton of armor plating that kept up with a roush supercharged mustang.

I want to go and take some vodka and take a shot everytime theres a corny line or someone gets blown up.

It was better than i expected. I expected corny but I was entertained.

On the Chevelle thing, considering its my favorite car Id take it... Hot girl or not. Hot girl helps ALOT though...

it wasnt bad at all. i thought it kicked ass. the guy said the car had 850 hp and then another like 400 shot in case lolol
