This kid walks up to me as we're hanging out in ole' Mexico one night.

As I'm standing near my car, he walks up and asks whos car it was. I told him it was mine. He asked what was done to it and I told him it was a "stock motor" (which technically it is). He then asked me to race. I asked him what he had and he said a Mustang. I proceeded to ask him "what he had" and all he said was "it should be a high 12 car".

So we go from about a 10mph roll. Apparently he has no idea what his car runs...

I was hoping for a better race actually. He claimed high 12's and right now as my car sits I believe it should do 12.7-.8 if I can get out pretty good.

At first I was about to call BS...the reason being...

Mustang owners don't have the bawlz like F-body owners do. =p

I have trouble finding mustangs to race. Unless they KNOW they can slaughter me ( 03+ Cobra's, Shelby, Saleen etc. ) Pussies.

I think every town has one of these in them. There is a kid that I graduated with that has a 2000 GT. Put a couple thousand in it and said he was pushing 400 horses then went to the track and his best time was 14.4xx he still never hears the end of it. I think he finally broke into the 13.9 range a couple weeks ago. lol.
