Does anybody have any pictures of an F-body that they have deleted the ac stuff under the hood?

You can get rid of your huge bulging ac junk and still retain your heat, I started by modifying the section that sticks out in the engine bay:

Then you chop off the section that sticks out into the engine bay. You trim it to the section that sits flush to the cowl:

When it is all cut, it should look like this:

Then you make a plate. The pop out is so the blower fan has room to pass the air around and thru into the dash. Otherwise the gap is WAY TOO small to pass any amount of air that will do anything, like defrost the windshield.I made this one out of steel but want to do one out of aluminum. It should look something close to this:

94zgreenmachine, that is the best looking example of how to remove AC and retain heat that I have seen.
