some of you have already posted this in meangreen's thread but,,,what is your worst or most memorable run in with "THE MAN" while driving your F-Body(or whatever)

about 3 years ago i was driving home late from a buddies house,,im cruising down I-485 with cruise set at 75,,then a prelude ricer flew up beside me revving his fart can..couldnt see a car in sight so i said ok what the hell..
blew his doors off a couple times when i decided id really show him the business,so im running around 130-140 when i fly up on a set of brake lights,,so i just changed lanes and flew by so fast that i couldnt see that it was a LS-1 camaro cop:doh:
still not knowing it was a cop i started letting off,,then i see the cops headlights flying up in my mirror and i think oh ok he wants some too:shame:
so i killed it again:doh:
needless to say a few moments later i was sitting in the front of the wrong camaro...wrote me for 117 in a 65(lowered to 117),careless and reckless,dead inspection,dead sticker on tag,
would you believe i was allowed to drive home and ended up with just the careless and reckless which i think was 4 points

worst part was sitting in his car and watching that prelude drive by:hang:

well after my grad from high school i was busted for racing reckless driving cost like $500 to get a lawyer and pay the fines.

then in march i got 90/in a 60 :( on my old bike

i dont have a ton of points, but the ones i do have are TERRIBLE! 2 reckless are making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to find an insurance company :( i think im going to have to WILLINGLY go to SR22

not to mention the two criminal violations i got for trespassing while sitting talking to other F body people, one of which was dropped due to harassment by officer but its still on there, but says i was found not guilty

I was let out of a ticket 3 weeks ago... I guess I was on private property (we had permission to be there earlier), I lost my keys there earlier in the day, so I figured since I was passing it at 2am, why not check to see if I could find them. Right? So, I go back to this abandand building, take the long curvey driveway back, then I see a pair of headlights in my mirror. Nobody was around when I pulled in, so I'm thinking WTF?!?!? Then I see The red and blue lights turn on as I'm entering the caldisac and pull over immediately. The cop comes up to my door and says "Do you know why I'm pulling you over?". I respond "No?"... He said "You are on private property and are trustpassing right now." I honestly didnt know what to do. The officer asked what I was doing there, and I told him. He didnt believe a work I had to say at first until I showed him some pictures and the shirt that I was wearing from the orgazation that was there earlier. I see another cop pull in at this point and then I got real nervous. I thought I was going to be arrested. The cops were talking for awhile, then the one who pulled me over said "You're free to go, but just dont come back here this late at night. Come back tommrow to look for your keys."

Thats about the only major one I got away with. I had one for not wearing a seatbelt when I got into an accident, which was complete BS (very long story) but I got it reduced.

ive had to many run ins

carless opp (totaled my 92 TA went to pull out and spun in gravel got basicly tboned and broke my neck)
carless opp (hydro planed hit a water main 90k water bill)
110 in a 70
70 in a 45
driving without a licence ( was 15 and dumb)
driving with a suspensded licence ( they got my name mixed up with my dads thought i didnt have insurance and suspended it)
80 in a 45 (was reduced to a 64 in a 45 and was givin a warning)
hit an run (was actually a dui but didnt get breath tested:secret:)
carless opp (hit 3 parked cars in the above incedent)
exibition of speed (was with my fiance an cop was just an ass really wasnt speeding)
voilation of a traffic control device
-the new ones-
dirty tag (had dirt an light over spray on it)
bald tires (he was telling me my et street slicks were not dot approved i argued so he wrote me a 4 bald tires ticket)
improper exhaust (said it wasnt stock and too loud)

there have been many more all in all i believe i have 18 points on my licence there used to be more but i went to school an got alot off. alot of it when i was alot younger. im not an idiot anymore.

playing paintball at an abandoned (condemned for demo the next week) house... VERY scary, as we were all shooting as they pulled up, so they(6 cop cars) all had us surrounded with guns drawn, but there were still some friends inside playing and shooting. as you can imagine it was pretty stressful for both sides, luckily, it was THE coolest bunch of cops we have ran into in these parts, and we were all let go! i still cant believe it, we easily could have been charged with destruction of property, trespassing, etc... needless to say, i feel im now paying for it with all these damn traffic violation :( win some and loose some i guess

I've only been pulled over once. And it was at one in the morning.. and the cop didn't have a reason to pull me over. He told me to get in his car because of other cars or people or whatever (1 in the morning--NO ONE else around, mind you) asked if I'd had anything to drink that night.. uh NO, I was 17 at the time! Just leaving Sabaktes in town. Finally he said my brake light was out (which it wasn't) and besides he wouldn't have even seen it until he pulled me over... Creeped me the hell out. I'm never getting in another cop car especially at that time of night.

did donuts in school parking lot, and ran from the security guard... i got away clean but he had me on record for some stupid thing i did 2 semesters earlier. cop shows up at my door a week later telling me i was being charged with assault for a deadly weapon because the security guard said i tried to run him over when i creeped by his car ( there was about 8 inches between my right tire and the curb and maybe a foot between his SUV and my left fender with a huge speed bump in front of me ) he is roughly 220 pounds so do the math, impossible for me to have tried to run him over... ended up getting kicked out of school ( not for donuts but "attempting to harm security", and only needing ONE UNIT to transfer to SJSU where i start monday after commuting to a school 35 miles away ) 2000 in lawyer fees and it got dropped to a exhibition of speed ( 2 pts ), 3 yrs court probation, and 500 in fine. Most expensive donuts i have ever done.

as bad as it sounds, in my Camaro my "worst" run-in was for Tint! and never got a ticket since my car was not registered in that state. but in my old car i was clocked at 72 in a 25, the cop just listed all the different offenses i could be hit with, in a nice way called me retarded for driving that fast escorted me home and informed my parents.....

no problems with cops here. been pulled over multiple times for small things (burnt out lights, a no signal, expired sticker on my plate [had my receipt to show that I paid my registration online and he let me go]) but no tickets.
