So I wasn't sure where to ask this, so I figured it would get the most replies here. I've always used the "plastic like" pads behind the front wheels, but I swear I remember reading somewhere that was bad. Plus they make some really weird noises, so I'm thinking I should use those.
So I want to know where everyone on here jacks up there car and where are you putting the jackstands?
Also, I REALLY think I remember seeing "DO NOT JACK HERE" under the car somewhere, but now I don't remember where.

My car sits so low, I have to use a couple of 2x10's and roll/drive the car up on those, then jack it up by the k member or use ramps

those plastic pads are the LAST place to jack these cars up with,,hence the DO NOT JACK HERE..i will usually do what i have to to get under k-member as my car is low too and then stands behind those pads on both sides,,i think its prettyb safe to say if its plastic you dont want to use it as a jacking point..gotta be careful how and where you jack up these cars you can flex the body pretty good if your in a bad spot as the previous poster stated

Run it up on boards, then jack the frame rail. I started to use one of those plastic pads to jack the car up, but didn't like how the car was settling it's weight on that point of the car... Too weak.

lol it says do not jack here because people used to use pinch wled, which the fenders look like pinch welds... so it means NOT to jack from the fenders. the pads are there to jack from, if you hit the lip where the fender bolts to tho you will have to bend the metal back in to get the fender to door gap correct again.

i usually use a scissor jack to jack up from the frame on either side just a little bit, then get a floor jack under the k member and put the stands on the frame.

So it says "DO NOT JACK" on the fenders? If so, that would explain why I couldn't find it. My fenders are off the car.
I remembered seeing it, I just couldn't find it again.

I'll be able to do that soon enough! I can't wait!

I've heard more than one person say not to use those pads, but if they weren't there for that, what are they there for?

I love my 3pts everytime I need to jack it up. Possibly the single most usefull mod done to the car.

haha.............yeah, fuck you guy, j/k
I thought that the plastic pads said 'do not jack' on them, so before my sfc's, I would just use the sub frame that was right by it.

drive car on 2 bys, jack on k member. jack on rear pumpkin. it sucks when you don't got a low pro jack.
but when that don't work, i take it and put it on the hoist.
