emergency!!! please help.

so im driving home and all of the sudden my clutch pedal goes right to the floor, and now it doesnt work. if i pump it alot like over and over it feels like it starts to build pressure, but then gives right back out when i stop. anyone??? did i break a line?

You might be able to get to the line. Could be a failed slave or master also. Any leaks under the car?

first thing i would do is take cap off the small reservior beside brake reservior,,whether or not there is fluid will determine where to go from here

theres fluid and no leaks. that i can see. how much are a new slave or master?

you can change the entire assembaly in 1hr. They sell the MC line and slave as a kit. Look and see if there is fluid on the DS header

A new slave is like $40 from O'Rielys - has a lifetime warranty too. I'd take the slave off and see if it's working right. It's extremely easy to get to.

You probably broke the internal seal on the master cylinder. Won't leak, and you will have a soft clutch pedal. Pull the slave off first and make sure it's not leaking inside the bellhousing, and that the pushrod is still in place. If so, I'd say the master is shot.

send me $35 and ill send you a newer master and slave tomorrow :) i have about 6 sets ;) youll just need to use your slave boot and rod and reinstall your line but everything is in good working condition i have brice, you kno ill treat ya right

Yes, you can just remove the slave. Just tap the roll pin out with a punch.

You can replace just the slave, it's pretty easy. Just have to knock out one little pin.

I have a good master and slave but the line is messed up. You can have them for the cost of shipping it, but it will take a few days to get there. The Master has never even been on a car and the slave is the one off my car so It has 33k on it. Just swap your line over.

I sent him a new master and used slave with 30k on it. I sent it 2nd day air and it will be there tuesday. Hope it fixes the prob. I already gave away my clutch to Wooshie.

slave is in. didnt fix the problem. how hard is it to get the master clutch cylinder out?
