Then you have a couple options. Richmond gears are known as racing gears, because they have a looser tolerance, so they will be louder than your stock gears, but stronger. Motive is usually a good bang for the buck, and if set up properly, usually have little or no noise. The quietest will be GM/Yukon gears, but be prepared to pay a lot.
Then you need a good install kit. I recommend a master kit that comes with all the shims, bearings, seals, fluid, etc. It's up to you whether you want to pay a little extra for axle bearings and seals. Just make sure you buy a kit for the GM 7.5/7.625" 10 bolt.

where would be the best place to get the master rebuild kit with or without the gear set? iam gonna get the motive gears but i dont see the master rebuild kit on there website

I have 4.10 Motive in my 10 bolt now with a TA dif cover (w girdle) thats in my M6...
I had 4.10 Yukons in my old 95, that was an A4.... they honestly have about the same noise, but I heard the Motives were better, so they went in my stronger car....
