its a 03, its in mint condition, it has fmf fatty pipes, aftermarket rear tires, and k&n filter. My friend is the second owner, has no title but has the bill of sale from the orginal owner. He could probably get 5k for it, but he'll start at 3500 obo due to the missing title. ill get pics up asap. will deliver to near by states. located in long island new york.

When States started making people register ATVs people started paying more attention to VINs and Titles to them, but they do exist...

Are you talking about the banshee, lol with the op, I doubt it either.
I always thought anything with a VIN has a title. maybe you want to look into it tarheelz, but your state may be different with those types of vehicles.

They do have titles but non owneres were usually not aware of it because for as long as I can remember ATVs never had to be registered then about 10 years ago (I was 23) you had to start registering and mounting license plates..
And THE BANSHEE, THE SELLER, all DONT EXIST!!!

he could never ever ever get 5k for it, and quads come with a little certificate of ownership. Not quite a title.

It's called an MSO... Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. If you live in a state that Titles ATV's, then you take the MSO and Bill of Sale proving your ownership to the DMV and they will issue you a title.
