Nothing to do with the pulley, but do you have any pics of your car? All i have ever seen is the sig pic and would love to see more.

I have more pics but he (yes i said he. My car is a he:laugh:) is a work in progress. I have to order new shoes still. Im getting 18x10 c5 deep dish thinspokes. I just finished my lt1 swap. got him running last weekend. Ill send ya a pic if you want via PM. Just havent posted them cuz I still havent gotten emblems or wheels yet. :embarassed:

Yea OEwheels. Gonna go 18x10 all the way around and when the 18x9's come out, Ill prolly get those. I just cant wait that long and i dont like the 17/18 look. Ill go through my build pics and shoot you a few.:D

what exactly does a underdrive pulley do
apparently give you around 10-15 hp by turning the pulleys a little slower than stock, reducing parasitic drag. they are a little smaller, so you'll need a new belt. march sells kits with the alt pulley but apparently people have charging issues with those. i bought a kit but havent gotten around to putting it on. you just gotta be careful not to go with more than a 20% underdrive if its a stock car.

About how many miles are on it? Did you have any charging or any other issues with this?

Ive never used it. It came on my engine when I bought it. The engine had 60k miles on it. But I have no idea when the pulley was installed.
