Mine didn't pop up until I went back and looked closely at the options and there's an option after you set it up to use what you just set up. Kinda weird, but I got mine up.

Check your user options for an option called "use sig pic" or something similar. You may need to enable that. I tried to host it myself, on 2 different servers and change it for you, it didn't change either time. So this leads me to believe a tab is unchecked somewhere for you.

I'm betting that tapatalk messed up on him as it randomly does sometimes. Seems to pick a random ass thread and reply to it instead of the one you intend.
