x-box trouble, help!

my xbox just went on the fritz! thats right, i have an original xbox and still use it! i just turned it on and the green ring blinks red and green and nothing happens. if i push the eject button, the xbox will turn on, then off, then on, then off, and so on. is it saveable, or is it not worth it to fix?

google "xbox blinks red and green" seems to be a popular issue..if your fond of the o.g. xbox sounds like you might better start looking on ebay for a replacement

i just handed down my mint rarely used o.g halo edition xbox to my kids and we play it all the time

I remember my original XBox. At the time I was starting a video game site, so I figured I would need all of the systems, so I got an Xbox and Halo 2 - I played it twice and gave it to my friend.

About 2 years later I got the Xbox back from my friend and he had "hacked it",. It was pretty cool. You could like play Nintendo Games and Sega Games and it just had a bunch of cool stuff on it.

Therefore,
PS3>Xbox>360

I don't know what i'd do without my OG xbox!! I still use it all the time. It's hacked so it's got the Media Center. It's such a beautiful thing being able to play my movies thru it right from my server.

that looks pretty interesting,,,but DAMN i aint cool enough to know what 90% of that mumbo jumbo means...i guess thats why im still rocking the o.g xbox,,hell ive never even played the ps3 or 360:doh::D
