first let me list my mods
comp 280 xfi
1.6 rr
trickflow 195 lt1 genx heads
42 lb injectors
paxton novi gss 6 psi
pcmforless tune

befor i installed the mods i had the raditor cap blow off and covered the engine in antifreeze and from then on it has ran like crap. i had a bad stumble out of the hole and ran 15.60 changed the otispark and still not any better so I installed all the mods and it still runs like crap befor the raditor cap blew off it ran 14.07 now after the mods it runs 13.60 i dont know what it could be im at my wits end any ideas??:frustrated: One more thing. the car holds about 10 inchs of vacuum at idle and i did a compression test and got about 140 psi per hole.

Compression may be a little low, I want to say that they should be around 165-180 but I honestly can't remember for sure.

If the opti was replaced, did you replace the opti harness? Or mabye some of the other sensors got hurt when they were soaked. Also try to keep it simple, I fought with my car for a few weeks trying to trace down a miss around 3K rpms. Replaced opti, opti harness, MAP sensor, map sensro harness, 2 sets of spark plugs, reset my valves 3 times, and it turned out I had 2 spark plug wires burned in half. But I was using those stupid "heat blocking" boots and they were burned into under them. Replaced the plug wires and it runs perfect now. Just need a bigger fuel pump, I think my 36# injectors maxed out my wore out stock pump, I think, the car has a weird stumble sometimes

Wish I could be more help, but be patient and it will work out. And be sure to post up when the problem is solved

Mean, I didn't mean to edit you post. I was trying to quote it and hit the wrong button. Gotta get used to the new button layout.

Anyway, I was trying to say that I would definitely scan the car and log a few pulls. If you want to upload the log files somewhere and post the link here, we'll take a look.

Why did the radiator cap blow off in the first place? Was it not installed properly, or was it just blowing coolant due to too much pressure inside?
Does it still push water out of the radiator?

I was going to ask that too, but it seemed to be fixed. If the headgaskets are blown it could build up excess pressure and possibly blow the cap off, but I personally have never seen that happen unless the cap was faulty and didn't relese pressure, but then it usually blows off a hose, not the cap.
