Hello LTx Tech!

I took some time to gather and format some pretty common stuff about nitrous. The idea is to help kick-off the nitrous section of LTxTech with some helpful LTx nitrous detail. Im sure others will add, and please do we can create a master sticky with all the good on nitros setups for our cars.

NX, TNT, Zex Jet Sizes (Wet kits)

One thing I don't understand is why so many people still feel that a projected tip plug like a TR6 is safe for nitrous. I know a lot of people are using them but they must look like a glow plug :shame:

There is a big support for those plugs with a power adder...I still use the stock heat range TR55's (@.035 gap) for the little shot Im running. Seems to work good so far.

What other plugs are good for nitrous?

I'm hooking up the nitrous in my 95 t/a. I have a bottle heater with a pressure switch. My question is right now I have the ground for the heater feeding into the pressure switch and then to gnd. I seen a few different ways on here now they are showing it run through the hot side instead of being a gnd. Is it okay to run it as the ground or should I switch it to the hot side. Its a dynotune nitrous pressure sensor

Its not a big deal now since I still have all the wires out getting things connected and waiting for my Ewp and msd box to be refurbished. Figured I would ask now b4 I have it all buttoned up. This is a little different than how I have mine since I'm using the relay for the bottle opener as well I'm just using the gnd straight off the heater instead of cutting the power to the relay. But it's wired on the ground side 32246 (this is instructions from dynotune) I think
