Suspended? Fired!!?!?

Well guys it fianally happened. My boss lady whom I've bumped heads with finally gave me the boot. I knew it was coming for the last few months. I worked with another department in helping customers but because my boss lady did not get along with that other person (a female) she made it personal. The other department inter acted with the same customers I did so it was impossible for me not to work with them from time to time. I've done the same job for the last 8 years and I've done it the same way I always have but it seemed that when the other department contacted me regaring something my boss would flip. On my last day I preformed a job function, as I always done, and then I got an email from the other department to see if I could get some product for this customer. I did the task as I've done it 1000000000 times but because the other department contacted me I was in the sh*t house. I sat there as my boss called our production manager, our regional manager, our customer and our sales rep AND LIED WHILE I WAS RIGHT THERE!! She said I attemted to steal from one customer to give to another to satisfy the request from the other department!! She told our production mgr that I said he promised the product would be out before it was even made! WTF!? She also called our regional mgr and sid I preformed this act with out any knowledge or confirmation that it could be done. I was shocked by the lies and pissed that she would do that. She and I got into an argument because I've had to deal with her lies and blackballing. I was done!! I told my wife I was sorry for letting the family down but I couldn't take it anymore. My wife totally understands and supports me. I tried to transfer before all the happened but SHE denied my request. Now I am 1 of the many who are unemployed. :(

Sucks to hear, man. Is there not a way you can get the other people in the other department to back up your story? Get that story to your boss's boss's boss.

Arizona has the Right to Work law/act - it's pretty damn hard to get fired unless you completely fuck up. If you've been there for that long I'd think you have a pretty good case. You mite want to look into it.

I've tried going to the HR department and I filed a letter regarding this but she has and powerfull allie. Our main manager whos second only to the owners. She does everything for him so he backs her %100. Thing was is the human resources department is aware of her actions and the actions she's had prior to this but as said she has our big boss man backing her and he's very respected in our industry. I considered the wrongfull termination but just don't have the $ to do it. I would try even if I knew I'd lose just to show her boss and owners how much trouble she is. I've seen her do it before. Should have seen the sings. I'll not make that same mistake again.
