Hey does anyone know what size jets for a 150 shot on a dry zex kit? Or are they the same for all dry kits? Any info would be great Thanks

Not sure if this helps...I run a duel nozzle setup with 75shot in each nozzle. The pill size is a 46N 25F. ZEX, TNT, and NX all are the same pills...I run TNT nozzles/pills.

Well I think its a .58 or .57 for a wet kit, is there a difference in pill size between wet and dry? cuz the wet shooting fuel too.

ZEX does not supply jetting for a 150 shot on the dry kits for the LT1....it is too risky as many, many people have hurt the car.
You would be on your own to decide to take the risk and come up with a safe tune for the car.
Wish I could be more help

Go wet dude...its what I run and it hits like a champ! Alot safer for our cars. Also be sure you've got your ignition stuff (timing, plugs, etc.) lined out also.

Eventually the plan is to go with a wet set up, just a little broke as of the moment... Thanks for everyones advice ill probably just stick with the 125 that im running. Just wanted a little more for this weekend, You know how it is a little bit wont hurt than little bit more just to give that edge and more and more lol I feel like a junkie lol:laugh:

I am in the same situation. I want to run a 150 shot out of my dry zex kit too. Someone has to have done this? I am running the 125 shot as well.

Ok Ray I just dont understand why it is not recomended to go from 125 shot to 150 shot on my zex dry kit? I have 30# svo injectors and a walbro 255lph pump. The N.O.S Dry kit comes with 150hp pills and operates the same as the zex kit. I really would like to stay dry as I have heard about major sitribution broblems with the wet kits and lt1 intakes.

Thats what I would like to do, But I also dont want to grenade the engine. Here is the jetting for the N.O.S Dry kit. I wonder if I can use this jetting with the zex kit?
19LB (stock) Injectors (orange top)
59 fuel/ 42 NOS = 75 HP
63 fuel/ 47 NOS = 100 HP OR 100HP 49F 55N
42 fuel/ 59 NOS = 125 HP
42 fuel/ 67 NOS = 150 HP *
42 fuel/ 73 NOS = 175 HP* (this is the max that the stock solenoids will flow).
24 LB Injectors (light blue top)
63 fuel/ 42 NOS = 75 HP
57 fuel/ 47 NOS = 100 HP
51 fuel/ 55 NOS = 125 HP
45 fuel/ 67 NOS = 150 HP*
42 fuel/ 73 NOS = 175 HP* (this is the max that the stock solenoids will flow)
30LB Injectors (red top)
67 fuel/ 42 NOS = 75 HP
63 fuel/ 47 NOS = 100 HP
61 fuel/ 55 NOS = 125 HP
53 fuel/ 67 NOS = 150 HP*
45 fuel/ 73 NOS = 175 HP* (this is the max that the stock solenoids will flow).
36LB Injectors (dark blue top)
70 fuel/ 42 NOS = 75 HP
67 fuel/ 47 NOS = 100 HP
65 fuel/ 55 NOS = 125 HP
57 fuel/ 67 NOS = 150 HP*
48 fuel/ 73 NOS = 175 HP* (this is the max that the stock solenoids will flow).
42LB Injectors (lime green top)
75 fuel/ 42 NOS = 75 HP
70 fuel/ 47 NOS = 100 HP
67 fuel/ 55 NOS = 125 HP
60 fuel/ 67 NOS = 150 HP*
52 fuel/ 73 NOS = 175 HP* (this is the max that the stock solenoids will flow).

We don't make the ZEX parts so I can't tell you why ZEX says to not go above 125 on their parts.
I am not saying that it cannot be done...I am just saying it will be up to you to put the effort into getting the correct jetting...it sounds like you have done your homework and have all ready decided to take the risk.
