What do you mean it needs a ton of work to be the prototype? Does his car just have the appearance package? I can't remember off the top of my head.

I know the prototype had a t5 trans, roll bar, 'high output' 307, could pull 1 G on the skid, etc...

I thought Angelo just bought the ground effects package, which btw he is recreating and selling :doh:

For those that don't know about the car....it's an Oldmosbile 1985 442 'FE3X' prototype car, designed by Bill Porterfield.

Unfortunately, the only pictures of this car that I can find are Angelo's and the black and white pics from the magazine article. Here's the article from 1987:

Yeah couple hundred cars from classics to lambo's. More than a handfull of f-bodies also. Music etc. Its pretty cool

M'eh, they called those old '95 black Impala SS's Darth Vader's car....heh. I think he's got some work done, his is manual I believe. I think he wants to keep it 'original/stock' the the 'FE3X' design

With the big warm up here of 23* everyone must be out polishing up there cars getting them ready.
