Hey guys, many of you know me from other forums. I am back making custom turbo kits again. I have started on a TT LT1 kit that will use T4 T60 thru T76's... should support 700-1100rwhp depending on which turbos you use. I will update this thread with build pics along the way! If you have any questions shoot me an email at jon@lt1boost.net and check my site out: www.lt1boost.net (http://www.lt1boost.net) :metal:

Thanks Sean! When you get a chance, toss that banner up for me!

Some results so far from my kits: All three being the log manifold kits with T76's:

DirtyDaveW on cz28.com with log kit and TC76 on load bearing dyno (mail order tune) and M6 tranny
PSI : 11
Max RWTQ: 571 on daynpack dyno
Max RWHP: 574 on dynapack dyno

1982z28with18s on cz28.com and skinnies on ls1tech.com (log manifold and T76 Q trim):
355ci 9:1 (BONE STOCK heads/cam/intake and auto tranny)
(8lbs in 1st, 11.5 in 2nd and 3rd, lifting 1-2 shift and tranny wouldnt shift correctly - 91/110 Octane w/ 24 degrees timing) - 10.8 @ 127.8mph w/1.56 60'
*** featured in GM Hitech Magazine***

Roadie from cz28.com and ls1tech.com (log manifold and T76 Q-trim) with m6 tranny
HP/TQ: 469rwhp/511rwtq on dynojet
peak boost of 14psi hit by 3200rpm! Conservative tune and top end miss prevented big numbers. his FAST and Delteq weren't working together... he couldnt rev past 4800rpm.

Thanks guys. They arent tig welded... but they are well thought out and are relatively easy to install. I am looking at getting a mockup vehicle so i can produce full complete kits.

I'll post some pics hopefully this weekend of the starting of the TT setup.

Cool. let me know if ya want to discuss the best option for you. just shoot me an email; jon@lt1boost.net

I'll post pics tomorrow of the TT kit in progress. I am 90% finished on one side (pass side). I need to mount the wastegate, but I am waiting on flanges.

FBody only? STS just came out with a Impala kit but that's about our only option.

Without a vehicle to mock it up on, I'd need alot of pictures of the accessories, k-member layout, etc.

I see. Many years ago a local shop did one. The original creator was killed years ago but one of the guys that helped is still around. He keeps asking when I want to bring mine in to start. He just does things like that as a side job now and usually takes a very long time.

Hey Jon do you know the part numbers for the stand up radiator and spaal fans? Skinnies told me ask you b/c he forgot them already.

Thanks man.

Oh and im definatley buying one of your setups in a few years (hopefully you'll still be making them).

From Summit Racing's Website:

Radiator - Griffin 1-25241-X
Be Cool Fans (puller style) - BCI-75007 (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=BCI%2D75007&N=700+4294924500+4294838842+400001+115&autoview=sku)
Be Cool Fans (pusher style) - BCI-75044 (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=BCI%2D75044&N=700+4294924500+4294838842+400001+115&autoview=sku)

The Be Cool is a better fit then the Spals.

Just a heads up guys, i am installing this on my T/A this week, plus next week i will be installing gauges, alky kit etc. I will be dynoing this setup within the next 3 weeks on a mild setup:

96 T/A M6 with T76 Budget kit
383ci 9:1
stock untouched heads/intake/52mm TB
218/230 114 cam
60# mototrons and racetronix single pump

I suspect somewhere between 500-550rwhp on 12psi... hoping for 600rwhp on stock heads though, so boost may have to be turned up. Keep your eyes peeled guys!

let me know how that works with a single pump and if you start losing pressure on the top end
