Make sure you have no exhaust leaks! Did you tighten header bolts after a bunch of heat cycles? Does it pop out the exhaust around 1500 rpm? I am willing to bet you are sucking in air from an exhaust leak before the 02's. They don't like that so much and the maf will try to compensate thinking the car is running lean.

That would be a smart move. You will know for sure once you start taking bolts loose and find a few loose. It happens. Look at the gaskets you have and look for blak marks past the flange. Did you chase the threads with a thread chaser? Very important to do that and with the correct size thread chaser and thread pitch. Be very careful with the aluminum heads. I have seen more times than I care to count with guys that thought the header bolts were tight only to find out the bolts never went all the way in and felt tight. I would run the car in the dark, look for any leaks with the hood up and listen for ticking. Good luck, I know it is a pain in the ass to get in there and work.

I dont remember the tread or pitch off the top of my head, just take a header bolt and go to home depot in the bolt section and run the bolt into their thread sizer. Go to sears and match it up to the corect thread/pitch

Tom:
Here is the gasket / bolt set i used:'

i dunno the thread pitch either, but they are a 7/16 head and 1 inch long. They have a allen head recess for "easy.. lol" install. use a bottoming tap or chaser tap, NOT a pointed regular tappig tap. DO it by hand and make sure not to punch through something.
I also used some anti seize on the bolts and i do check the ones i could not (read that didnt feel like) locking. Put the locks on is a PIA
As for the tune i left you the info over at FSFGMPA. ( http://forum.firststatefbody.com/index.php?showtopic=4654)
You def need it since you have more than just bolt ons. Also think about an ADJ Fuel pressure regulator, or a new stock one. I was reading really rich and had to dial in my Fuel Pressure (39-43 psi Idle speed). Now i run a little lean, but lean makes power!! i am about 12.0 13.0 AFR at WOT. DId you get the O2 sensors figured out. I just replaced mine and my AFR has calmed down a bit.
