they will definetly give you more power than the stockers, check out this thread, http://ltxtech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6846&highlight=rockers+worth, yes you can run a massive cam with them summit advertises them to handle up to .800 lift

Brice I have a WS6store Short stick if your interested, I installed it and pulled it back out for the stock Pro 5.0 handle. I didn't care for how it felt compared to the 5.0 stick
