Whos still using obd2? Does everyone switch to obd1? since my car was originally obd2, it seems easier on my part just to put the obd2 ecm back in and tune it... i cant find a way to plug into my obd1 computer thru my obd2 wiring, lol, should have figure that one out...

so those who still have obd2, what tuning challenges do you run into? what programs do you use? any helpful tips/hints?

I dont get what your saying?. The way people switch from obd2 to obd1 is simply getting a fbody or bbody pcm and a obd1 knock sensor. All you need is a obd2 style plug and tuning software that supports obd1.

This is what misled me, it shows connection terminals in different places than the shoebox counter part. im going to trust shoebox on this one.. lol.

my 1996 dlc looks exactly like the shoebox version, but where all i have looked and asked, i dont exactly get a straight answer as to where to find a cable that works...
