what is the benefit to having a wideband? do i need to have one if i'm using Jet DST?

If your tuning anything, wideband data is basically mandatory. Just make sure you can log the data with RPM.

ok i have proscan for my logging. im very new to tuning so im just trying to get as much info as posable

Since your running a Vortech it's nice to keep the wideband in your line of sight to make sure it's not leaning out. Unlike N2O with a blower there is no magic safety device (FPSS) that limits the boost if you run out of fuel.

yea a wideband will help alot. You can tune off of regular o2's but not recommended for forced induction, where fueling needs to be spot on!
