How do I fix this?

The back rubber part on my t-tops is coming off...and a piece of it broke off. How do I fix it? Here's some pics:

my old T/A did that i never did mess with it because i dint figure out a way to fix it

I'd assume you'd have to replace that whole upper middle piece. I wouldn't mess with it unless it's leaking or you find a good deal on the piece off a car being parted out / ebay.
