I'm not sure. I was thinking they were reflectors, but I guess they could be wired up.

I started to block it out but then I got distracted and didn't care enough.

I don't even block out my plate when I post pictures, haha.

And yes, that car was a perfect example of rice. A thirty year old, rather fat white guy in a tank top was driving it.

those are speed holes. you know so when these civics hit 200 the air isnt getting trapped? this uy needsto open those up judging on how fast that car looks

Obviously it's a safety thing.

When he's on the brake pedal even the slightest bit, the person behind him gets the sense that the car is saying: "I'M F*CKING STOPPING!"
