I was out in my Formula in my sig and went and did some doughnuts on an industrial road. This was the first time I have actually done this in my Formula, and it has been a long time since I have done it in any car.

I forgot how much fun it really is :devil: I left with a small smokey cloud surrounding the area, and some nice dark lines!

i love it. but they are addicting so i try to not do them for the sake of my clutch/tires/10-bolt.

They are sooo much fun, though. Doing donuts in my car makes me fall in love with it all over again. I used to do them alot more when I worked at a tire shop and had a ton of tires to burn off. I never messed up my 10-bolt doing donuts, but I did strip some teeth off the pinion when I was racing. The donuts might have contributed to that :doh:

I do donuts to ensure that the differential fluid is evenly distributed to both sides of the rear-end :secret: Its not beating on the car, consider it preventative maintenance :devil:

lol I freakin love doing donuts ! I was told by a cop that I could actually get arrested for doing them, but it is just so much fun to not do them! I havent done them in a while now, but its fun to put on system of a down or disturbed really loud and do them :metal:

and FWIW i havent done any since then and thats the only time i ever did any.. i too don't like to beat on my car (and the reason there is no ram air hood was this was done in the spring of 05)
