Ive already replaced the ignition switch and have a brand new starter in the car,but i cannot get it to crank other than jumping the starter. When i turn the key i can hear something click once, and the battery is fully charged. When i turn the key the low coolant light will turn on for some reason, and the security light is not on.There is a box underneath by the gas pedal that the one click comes from but i have no idea what it is.Also the "BCM" has a red wire coming out that it is not connected to anything,i believe its supposed to be going to the fuse panel inside the car but im not really positive.Any help is much appreciated!

Box underneath the steering wheel by the gas pedal??? Try doing a VATS bypass and see what happens.

well i just did the VATS bypass, but still nothing. And now the security light is on.I even checked the resistance in the wires before installing it and everything checked out good.

Double check your starter wires and the posts for any corrosion and clean them with a wire brush. Make sure your battery cables are tightened down really well. This is exactly what happened to me and I just did those two things and it worked fine. The sound SOUNDS like it's coming from where you're talking about, but it's the starter. Try hitting the starter with a hammer while cranking and see if it fixes it.

check your new ignition switch, it may need to be moved around a little and make sure the plug and wires that plug into the switch are all ok. i had to replace one of the plugs when my switch went out because of the heat and some arching wires

theres a black box/relay on the transmission tunnel right against the firewall that makes a click noise whenever i turn the key to start
