Well I was busy making this thing work in our 93-96 dashes. It was actually a lot of fun but I am still not completely done, I still need to make the trim for the outside left... But here you guys go some pics of my build. Hope you enjoy it! I did! :metal:

Thats a bad @ss stereo.:metal: My buddy has one in his car and I love it. I was also wondering if some how I could make it fit in my Z, but its to late I'm currently putting a Alpine CDA-9887 in the car, and man I cant believe how many panels I had to take off to put that thing in.

Thanks but I got something new up my sleeve with a carPC but it's still got a lot of work to go.

NICE! if you dont mind; how is the angle? does it angle to the driver nicely? does the shifting interfere? just trying to get any "hands on" feedback you dont mind sharing. are the side pieces just regular pieces from a single din kit shaped to fit the navi? i got hooked on Nav which came factory on my new ram, so i have been battling between flip up and screen type like yours. im afraid that due to the offset that a flip up will hit the HVAC knobs, and the obvious downside to a screen like yours is the custom work required. my ram has a screen like yours and i have become partial to it. i like your setup, so any info you can pass would be greatly appreciated. good luck on the carPC application!
