LT1 WS6 vs Corvette C5 (VIDEO)

96 WS6 M6 Cam only, stock heads, supporting mods, stock gears, tune, one passenger

2000 Vette M6 Headers, exhaust, intake, dyno tune, no passenger. Said it put down 364rwhp

Wow, not a lot of lift at all. A stocker cam with 1.7 puts your right at the same lift, but you still lag the duration that you have, obviously.

That is with stock rockers. With 1.6s it is .544/.555. And thanks, I hope to run into him again and do a full run or a few :)

Nice run. I had the same cam, but with a 114LSA and I liked it. I put down 383rwhp/353rwtq with a mailorder tune and LE ported heads (ported back in 2002).

BTW - vette driver needs to shift quicker... you pulled atleast 1 carlength when he shifted LOL.

MAN! Love seeing a close race like that! My last runin' with a C5 was a z06 and he put 1 1/2 on me... not sure what kinda power im makin..im a 232/239
