Auto to Manual Swap

My car was swapped from a Manual tranny to an Automatic tranny before I bought it. The dash is still the same, and the steering column is the same as well but everything else has been changed. What would I need to swap it back? Is there a tutorial I could follow or a video i could watch?

LOTS of posts on this on CZ28. I've done it myself. It's not that hard as long as you have everything.

What Manual tranny do you guys suggest?

A T56 is the transmission it came with if it was a manual car. Plus a 6 speed is the only way to go.
