I was just wandering what you all thought be the power I put down, looking to hit the dyno here in a week or two mods are...

bored .30 over, stock crank, reconditioned rods, forged SRP Pistons, comp XE .520 .540 236/242 110, comp 1.6 RR's, 36lb fuel injectors, Hooker Long tubes, cutout, blowmaster catback, cai, stock heads with 3 angle valve job....

Probably no more than 350-360 RWHP. That cam is too much for stock heads. I've seen it before and it wasn't impressive. Get some good flowing heads and you should see ~400 out of it.

yeah I'm debating on a set of Dart's or AFR's and having them ported.... I dunno the car is strong, I pulled a baby cammed 01 SS pretty bad, I talked to the guy that owned the car he said it was making around 390 rwhp... but who knows could be that I'm just a damn good driver... haha jk

baby cammed! 390hp i highly doubt that...... my buddy has an 01 SS w/38k on it and has the G5x4,243 stock unported untouched heads.QTP longtubes & Y-pipe,3600 stall,underdrive pulley,SLP lid,30lb SVO inj and tuned it put down 398 closed cut out and 408 open cut out.......

you prolly did out drive him..no doubt you are puttin some POWER down:metal:

Hmmm you may be right I dunno. even if it made 370 rwhp or 360 rwhp thats what most baby cammed LS1's put down, I shouldn't have pulled him like that but oh well. I need to get it to the dyno but I wanna get a good set of heads on it first. Hey your the guy I bought the pulley from aren't ya?
