This is a big post. I drive this car every single day. Back and forth to work, the grocery store, cruising, racing, weekends, rain or shine. I am the second owner and it has a clean title. Originally a west coast car.

Well here I am again after putting a new motor in it. I am considering selling due to financial stress. And it's not getting better because I have a bad habit of buying more and more car parts. I know what car books for but they never sell for that price and it's hard to gauge because of all the money and modifications Ive done, along with a brand new motor. Here is the info:

-1996 Trans Am WS6
-6-speed t-tops
-115k miles on BODY
-Black on black
-leather and pwr everything

Condition:
Exterior is 8/10. Paint is good. Normal scratches for 13yr old car. Front bumper needs a repaint. Besides that it is excellent - no damage/dings. Front tires are good, rears need replaced soon.

Interior is 9.75/10. Absolutely mint except for verrry minor wear on the driver seat bolster. Has black shift and ebrake boots from redline goods. 97 gauge cluster with new cover. Ebony seats from 02 Ws6.

Mechanically sound 10/10. Runs excellent. I did a cam swap and ruined the original motor. I just replaced it with a freshly rebuilt LT1 out of a 96 Trans Am. Tore it down and did all the work myself. 2bolt main. Clevite rod and cam bearings, Federal mogul main bearings, Melling oil pump sv high press., Seal pro moly rings. All new plugs/seals/everything. The heads have been milled and have a mild home port job and gasket matched to intake. Cam and valvetrain. The motor only has about 800 miles on it and is being broken in on Castrol GTX 5w30 and has been changed frequently since the rebuild. The car runs strong I just whooped a LT4 hotcam car last weekend with ease.

Modifications:
-Ebony leather interior from 02 WS6
-Pro 5.0 shifter LSS
-Redline goods black leather shift and ebrake boot
-McLeod clutch single disc (brand new 600 miles)
-New OEM flywheel at the same time
-New AcDelco optispark
-Taylor Spiro Pro wires
-NGK Vpowers
-Pacesetter ceramic coated long tube headers
-2.5" true dual exhaust, xpipe
-Tuned by Madtuner
-Lowered ~1.8 with Intrax lowering springs
-97 gauge cluster
-Comp Cam 230/236 .544/.555 112 lsa
-Comp Cam 1.6 sa rr
-Patriot gold dual valve spring kit
-Trickflow hardened chromoly pushrods
-Comp Cams 3/8 he rocker studs
-New Cloys timing set and chain
-BMR lower control arms
-Spohn relocation brackets
-Polished WS6 wheels from LS1 car

I have replaced MANY factory parts on this car. I have receipts for 90% of everything I have purchased and any maintenance not done by myself. I have a log I keep with the price, date, and list every single thing I have done to the car. Every oil change, modification, repair, or replacement. Ive owned the car for going on 2 years. Here is the log, its a copy and paste of the file on my computer.

with a list that long i would be looking to sell something else besides the car.thats a bad ass car and you have obviously put a ton of cash and time into it.ask yourself this "will i be happy with 6500 for it 6 months after i sell it?" or will you be thinking "damn that 6500 went fast,,,i sure wish i had never sold my bad ass car"
hell if your desperate enough use the title to get a small loan to get you through,,at least youll still have your ride...wait a minute that sounds like something ive had to do;)

It's worth what someone will pay for it, but these guys' figures are pretty accurate imo.

I dont know what it is worth, but it is soo clean and looks amazing... and you have done so much... if you do have to sell it, put it at a price that you are willing to take..if its kinda high it might take you a while to sell it, but the right guy will come along who wants a car that super clean and has the money to spend.

But please dont sell it!! If you are what would you wanna replace it with ?

I say its worth EVERY penny that was stated above!
Now after it is sold and you realize you should not have sold it and you are "JONESING" to get another one only to find out you need to spend 20k to replace what you gave up will suck and cause instant depression!:shame:
